CHANGE is a recovery programme for people who are living with unhelpful habits or addictions that are causing damage to themselves or the people around them.

CHANGE does not insist that you completely give up your unhelpful habit or addiction.

We believe that your personal, confidential coach can help you find the strength to manage your own behaviour.

​

Every person who pays for CHANGE will help THREE people who cannot afford to pay with free coaching and group support.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT​?

Once you have will completed your purchase, the CADAS Sevice Coordinator will send a link to a series of forms about yourself and your concerns.

As soon as you have completed these, you will be contacted by your personal coach.

You will agree an appointment for your SNAP session.

Your journey towards recovery starts.
